The Annual Shareholder Meeting is Saturday, May 2nd at the Qwest Center, in Omaha, NE.

The 2008 Annual Report (available on this website)
contains information regarding the annual meeting weekend activities. Information will be made
available to all Class A and Class B shareholders of record beginning in mid-March either by mail or electronically
and will include a form which may be completed and sent to Berkshire Hathaway to order up to 4 meeting tickets.
In the event you do not get your packet or link to order your tickets, you may pick them up on Friday, May 1st from
noon to 6:00 pm or on Saturday, May 2nd at 7:00 am at the Qwest Center. You will need to provide a current broker's
statement or a copy of your stock certificate and a picture ID to receive up to four tickets.
